How do I create an account?
Use the “New Patient Account?” option on the login page and provide your hospital information to begin registration.
Why is my hospital number not recognized?
Please make sure the hospital number and birthday entered match your hospital records exactly.
Why do I need to confirm my email address?
Email confirmation helps protect your account and ensures secure access to your medical information.

Why am I receiving a One-Time Password (OTP)?
OTP verification adds an extra layer of security when signing in to your account.
I did not receive my OTP.
Please check your inbox and spam folder. OTP messages may take a few minutes to arrive.
My OTP expired.
For your protection, OTP codes automatically expire after a short period.
Laboratory Results

Why can’t I see my laboratory result?
Some laboratory results may still be under review or may not yet be available for online viewing.
Can I download my laboratory results?
Yes. Laboratory reports may be viewed online and downloaded as PDF files.
Can I search laboratory results by date?
Yes. You may search using laboratory name, physician name, month, year, or full date.
